All artwork, images, text, designs, and content on this site are the intellectual property of White Bird Design Co. and the artist.
Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright.

  • Original artwork and prints are for personal display only

  • Artwork may not be reproduced, altered, resold, or used commercially without written consent

3. Product Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to accurately display artwork colors, sizes, and details. Due to screen variations, colors may appear slightly different in person.

All original artwork is one-of-a-kind and subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. White Bird Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order items:

  • All original artwork sales are final

  • Prints, journals, and non-custom items may be eligible for return within [X] days if unused and in original condition

  • Custom commissions and digital products are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

7. Commissions

Commissioned artwork requires approval of scope, timeline, and pricing before work begins. A non-refundable deposit may be required.

Minor revisions may be included; major changes may incur additional fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

White Bird Design Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products purchased.

All artwork is purchased at the buyer’s discretion and risk.

9. External Links

This site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
